Unit 1 Part B Brief Report for rent out the meeting room of Creative Cohesion

We have a small meeting room could to rent for local business to hold meeting or to hold training. It could be set up as a min theatre, small U-shaped, boardroom, banquet, or classroom for customer with our creatively art gallery. In an ideal operating situation, the meeting room could to make a direct profit by the rent fee and a indirect profit by bring more visitors to buy our art work in the gallery. Our objective customers are local business offices, family operating companies, community organizations and home based business.

In the Sunderland, there only have 4 to 5 meeting rooms provided the Meeting Rooms Hire service, and they are quite far from the city center, their price all over 100 pounds in a formal meeting room.

To compare with these meeting rooms hire service in the Sunderland, we have few excellent competitive advantages, include
1.our meeting room has more creatively environment where could to bring great inspirations to the meeting,
2. The good location and convenient car parking
3.The room has very good sunshine at sunny day could to improve wellbeing.
4. We could to provide personal-service for high tea.
5. Lower cost, no more than 80 pounds per day.

Base on the current situation of Creative Cohesion, we should to improve facilities and service consciousness, however, case of limited asset and capital, we could to ask the donation from local charity or city council, for example, the second hand chairs, tables. Also, we could to cooperate with university of sunderland, we offer the non- payment placement positions to run the operation of hire service, which could to improve the student working experience and skills, as well as, the volunteer students could to get limited opportunity to work in our studio.

The effective propagandas and excellent advertisements will bring into effect of the project, with a view to our limited capital, the major propaganda way will forces on the Internet and word of mouth, as well as, Creative Cohesion’s the net of relationship is the main marketing strategy.

During the hire service, there have few potential risks, for example, the damage for the artwork in the gallery, disturb the quiet of studio, time balance between the exhibition with the meeting time, and a lack of volunteer students.

Unit 2:the feedback of Exhibition survey

I have had collected 10 exhibition surveys from participants, they help to evaluate and improve my leadership skills. The first part of exhibition survey asking about the exhibition service, all the feedback are positives, the staff friendliness and ease of reading exhibit labeels have 80% very good rate, most visitors evaluated the opening hours and pre-visit information is good, but if the opening hours could be longer will better, also pre-visit information is not enough effective lead to they spend longer time looking for the location.

Then, part B rated the satisfaction of visitor about types of exhibit, there have 7 people felt very satisfied for the session and the visual art exhibit,  90% of visitor given the high score for the stained glass which also is one of the favorite exhibit in the thirdly part of the survey. And, there have 3 people's favorite exhibit is the No 3: Cat's mandala which included over 20 sub-piece mandalas.

Most comments to make about their visit are interesting and know more about mandalas drawing. There are only one visitor answered the question what improvements or changes they would like to see made. "Please, put more smile on your face at the session teaching, and relax yourself, you are a good trainer, just take it easy '. It is a very impressed comment for me, i was so stressful about the result of my art session with them, if i have the nervous emotion during coaching, maybe the negative emotion would been bring to learner, always smile will help relax myself as well as learners.

The exhibition survey offer me a good opporunity to review and evaluate the exhibition, know how to improve the result in the future that is more important than just seen the result.

Unit 1 Part A

Who i am?

One years ago, one of my university essay required to discover 4 myself by johari window(Open self, blind self, hidden self and unknown self). In my view, it is one of the most meaningful and the biggest impact uni work in my university’s learning experience, but it is also a whole life topic. I am keeping discover the answer which is so complex that relative to the relationship with others and the value to the world.
There has few words should be the key of my character —– highly sensitive, curious, insecure, focus on the goal, aspirant, arrogance and I am a completist. My potential value of action might be ‘the best practice mold’
My completist lead to a highly standard and goal for my performance, while my insecure lead to scared to make any mistakes in my working, I am sensitive to others feeling and potential  threaten of relationship.  If without goals in my life, I would be very upset; if without planning and calendar in a project, I would be very nervous.   Sometime, I live in my own world and believe nobody could to understand me, I lack for the trust in people, it is the reason why my friends feel aspirant of mine.
I believe my personal character could to be improved, if I learn artistic world, because it could to improved the way of thinking, also could to  help people understand me better.
What did you choose for your artistic challenge and why?

In my career development plan, i would to be a CHO or a impressive trainer after 25 years, i good at organising people, in the past,  I showed the intelligent leadership at the Vice-chairperson of college’s travel club, our member recruitment’s resulting in recruitment of 60 members in a 300 students’ college.
As the same time, i have got a good background of my education and has good academic understating of management, for example, i knew that 4P’s  strategic,  Product, Price, Place and Promotion: who is the project aimed at;  What benefit will customers expect, where will the project will locate, how will artist promoted the project. These knowledge are quite basic and help to  put on a project you must analysis the needs and status of background.
But i will be able to develop ways of thinking creatively  and apply that to her business practice. and here i had the challenge to develop as an organization’s creatively trainer.
This is why i would like to extend my artistic practice,  there has main practical artistic skills should be improved.
1. Creative skills and ideation
2. Think in opposites and rethink skills
3.Painting skills and Drawing skills
4. basic art principles

I learnt so much! Unit 2 Part D:Project Report

What happened on the project?
I organised and take charge the running of exhibition at Creative Cohesion; designed and organised an drawing workshop.

What was produced?
A professional diverse language session about Mandala Art for 15 students around 30 minutes. Furthermore realized learning outcome: understand the knowledge and information about Mandala; Know how to use abdominal breathing to clear our mind and relax; used by the creativity and facture done a pieces of zentagnle mandala; develop communication skills to express by language and figure.

A professional multimaterial personally art exhibition which display my artworks, a diverse range of art material work were submitted from painting to stained glass. As the same time, encouraged visitor to draw by themselves on the Mandala wall. There also have had free drinks and bites, the session and exhibition also is free。

what did you enjoy the most and why? What was the most challenging thing?
Look back on the session,  i seeing a intending and potential organizational trainer in the future. When Lesley has asked me to deliver s session in the exhibition, i doubt my art experience is limited and is a lack of confidence. While the session was delivering, I was very stressful and nervous about the feedback from learner.  However, all the feedback are very positiWve and learners were very enjoying the session. Gold arts award give me the opportunity to practice  and improve my skills, i found my genius for be a trainer.

What have you learnt about leadership?
The confidence is key, that support a good state to face the challenge, firstly lead myself by discover the unknow self, and then help and guide others to done job better.  I should to improve my appetency by soft voice, smiling and reduce my stress. The time management effect the result of the project and tocontrol the process and cadence.

What have you learnt about communication?
The communication way of 'see' will better than 'hear', my painting help learner understand how to do better, as well, it could to cross the language barrier.

what have you learnt about Planning?

Have to prepare a good back up plan, because everybody are later and it hardly start the session on time, so i changed the time of session from start at 14:00 pm to start after the exhibition, so as to arrived a good impression for the session. There always has few factors couldn't been controlled in the project, like as how many people might came, how long they will stay, how many pieces of questionnaire would been done. Plan is the plan, but only one thing will never be changed which is changing.

what have you learnt about your art form?
I was so stressful about the feedback for my art form, due to my limited art experience, there have only 13 weeks art learning, i have afraid people would dislike and laugh at my art work, but my art works succeeded express my meaning to others and make senesce to others.

What would you do differently?
I would like taken it easy and more relax, more confidence to face. Now, i realized i have had good leadership and commutation skills to completed the even, I should to trust myself, friends and tutors.
