The relation between the zentangla and the art forms in nature (Ernst, 1998). when i opened the book, i was so surprise that the shape of cells, organs and shells same as the repetitive patterns of zentangle.  I could get a pieces of peace, harmonious and serenity from drawing the zentangle, possibly, the reason is Zentangle provides artistic satisfaction and an increased sense of personal well being.

My comment:
I keep working  the No.5 work, the exaggerated  and depressive  clouds could inspire spectator with imagination. It is a new art experience for doing the rubbing, it seem like as drip painting that you will never know what your did on the paper, the only thing you can do that image what your work like as after you done the rubbing and drip painting. As Joe said, the understanding of painting is a way to look at the inner yourself and to understand yourself better.
